B2B Buyer Lab editorial team
We research agencies so buyers can compare services, platform experience, pricing and evidence before making a shortlist.
What the team is responsible for
The lab team researches providers, checks supporting sources and reviews published information. Our work covers service scope, platform implementation, commercial terms, client evidence and buyer fit. Editorial assessments are published under the lab team name.
Responsibility includes identifying the source of a claim, distinguishing a provider statement from corroborated evidence, explaining the limits of an assessment and correcting errors. Team attribution does not imply that every provider has been hired or every product tested.
How research becomes a page
- Define the buyer question and the scope of the comparison.
- Read relevant service pages, pricing information, partner directories and case material; keep source links and dates.
- Check whether the evidence supports the specific claim. A client logo does not establish project results, and a partner tier does not guarantee fit.
- Separate sourced observations from editorial assessments and unanswered questions.
- Review the page for factual consistency and update it when a substantiated correction arrives.
Research tools can assist with finding and organizing material. Claims of interviews, demos or hands-on tests require a record of what was done and observed. Current CRM buyer assessments are based on published material.
Commercial relationships and corrections
Paid placements are labeled and do not determine editorial scores or rankings. Relevant relationships belong on the coverage they affect. Providers can report factual errors without paying for inclusion.
Send the page URL, the disputed statement and supporting evidence to corrections@b2bbuyerlab.com.
